A Belated Honeymoon

So I FINALLY got my camera back from my parent's house. I can't believe I forgot it there, at least I didn't leave it in Mexico right?? Well I took 149 pictures while we there, but I didn't think you guys would want to see every single one of them. So these are my favorites. Sorry in advance for the super long post, it was just hard to narrow them down!!
We were on one of the prettiest beaches ever!! I could have just laid here the entire trip and been happy!

Hanging out in the lobby.

The resort did shows every night. One night they asked me to get up and play a game that I failed miserably at. We had to do everything the opposite of the guy in charge. WAY harder than it looks

Tulum One day we went a visited the Mayan ruins in. It was way cool to see, but it was insanely hot!

And the beach behind the ruins was beautiful! And the breeze saved us a little from the heat.

That same day we went to the Xel-Ha park I talked about in my last post! It was a LONG day, so we took naps in hammocks.

I mean, how could you not relax with views like this??
This is a boat that was turned into an aquatic viewing center, kinda neat.
These are the fishes we saw under the boat!
I wish my hair would look like this all the time! We need to move somewhere with some humidity!
More of Xel-Ha
We spent a good portion of the trip eating yummy food!
And we danced with the performers.
They even got Ryan up there!
And more delicious food!
Overall the trip was a total success! We had a blast, got to relax, and just spent some uninterrupted time together! So great!! Thanks to our parents for watching our little girl and making this trip possible!! We love you guys!!

Sneak Peak of Mexico

So, Mexico.
I still don't have 95% of the photos we took, and trust me--there are some dang cute ones of Ryan and I, but I do have 4 photos we spent WAY too much money on at a park called Xel-Ha.
I usually don't buy photos from parks like this. They aren't very cute. They cost way too much money. But these ones were actually super cute, even though they did cost a ton for pictures.
Xel-Ha is a snorkeling park. All their advertisements kept calling it "the world's largest aquarium." It was pretty cool, but it was pretty much just a huge park to snorkel in. We did see a sting ray and a huge barracuda though. Anyway, needless to say, my camera sat in the locker all day instead of taking awesome pictures of this park, so we jumped at the chance to buy the photos they took throughout the day.
Ignore the shiny foreheads Mexico is HOT (& humid).

Mid-snorkel session.

Isn't he so stinkin' handsome?
I was super nervous about holding these birds, but they we awesome! And check out how beautiful that water is!

So much fun, it went by way too fast! More pictures to come when I get my camera back.

Bye-Bye College!

Guess who is done with college? Not me, unfortunately! But Ryan is!! Yay! I don’t think it has hit him yet that he actually has a degree and will never have to take another class from DSU! Also he was a part of the first graduating class of Dixie State UNIVERSITY! Which is kind of a big deal :) So proud of you Ryan! Me next, okay??
Dixie State Commencement

Ry's parents drove 3 1/2 hours to celebrate with us (and then had to drive right back)!

So proud of this cute boy!

Maylie didn't know why Daddy was wearing a dress, but she gave him kisses anyway.

Jordan came to support Ryan!

And so did the Stephens!

And this gem is just because we look ridiculous.

We also just got back from a killer vacation to Cancun! More on that later. I forgot my camera at my mom's house today, so I'll have to wait to post til then!

Miss May is growing up so fast! She figured out how to go down a slide by herself this week, and she absolutely loves it! I thought she was supposed to be terrified of that until she was like 4?
She loves the slides
She didn't like this so much, but she sure looked cute on it.
Silly baby.
She was even brave enough to go down this slide! Crazy girl!

Sorry this is sideways, but it's just too cute.

She has grown up way too fast! Can't believe she will be two in a few months!
